Then when the TAP could not seat anyone, I asked the front desk for suggestions, that person had none. Normally, when you go into the hotel and get checked-in, they allow you to ask about the discount, not here according to the rude lady. My husband is a veteran and because he did not ask when he booked the room, he was not allowed to get the veteran discount. This place looks like wow! But customer service is horrible.
I have been to the Vegas version and that customer service is great.
